Energy Balls: Peanut, Almond & Pistachio Butter

Ingredients 

  • Dates

  • Rolled oats

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Raisins

  • Cashews

  • Almonds

  • Peanuts

  • Pistachios

  • Dried figs

+ Choose 1 spread (for that batch):

  • Peanut Butter or Almond Butter or Pistachio Butter

Steps

  1. Add all base ingredients to a food processor.

  2. Add one spread of choice (peanut / almond / pistachio butter).

  3. Blend until you get a sticky dough. If needed, blend a bit longer until it holds together.

  4. Roll into bite-size balls.

  5. Finish with cocoa powder or a drizzle of pistachio butter on top.
